DMC International allots shares on conversion of warrants

DMC International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 14, 2007, has allotted 9,00,000 equity shares of Rs 5 each for cash at a premium of Rs 20 per equity shares fully paid-up on conversion of 9,00,000 Convertible Warrants of Series II.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board decided to publish the Audited Financial Result for the Quarter and Financial year ending March 31, 2007 instead of Un-audited Results.
