K Sera Sera to increase FII Limit to 100%

The members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of K Sera Sera Productions Ltd held on April 10, 2007, have passed the following resolutions, with requisite majority:

Increase in the Investment limits Foreign Institutional Investors (FII) under the Portfolio Investment Scheme from present 24% to 100% (Sectoral Cap).

The stock closed the day at Rs.15.55, down by Re.0.24 or 1.52% on volume of 48309 shares at a weighted average price of Rs.15.77 compared to 2 week average quantity of 80630 shares. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.16.28 and low of Rs.15.55.
