Kotawala India Changes Name of Company to Suave Hotels Ltd

Kotawala India Ltd has announced that the Company had at its Extra Ordinary General Meeting dated January 18, 2007 passed a special resolution for changing its name from "Kotawala India Ltd" to "Suave Hotels Ltd". The change of name has been approved by the Registrar of Companies on April 02, 2007.

Shares of the company were trading up by Re.0.40 or 0.73% at Rs.55.45 on volume of 14303 shares.
