Dabur Pharma completes transfer of Oncology Formulations Division to Alembic Ltd

With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 01, 2007, Dabur Pharma Ltd has announced that, the entire transaction relating to sale of non oncology formulations division to Alembic Ltd have been completed and non oncology formulations division is transferred to Alembic Ltd.

Shares of the company were trading at Rs.68.45, up by Re.0.05 or 0.07% on volume of 395 shares.
