Krishna Engineering Updates on OTS with SBI

Krishna Engineering Works Ltd has announced that the Company has transferred 4,00,000 equity shares of the Company in favour of State Bank of India being the part of the One Time Settlement of the dues with the Company from the account of Mr. Gurbachan Juneja, Managing Director.
