Hon'ble High Court, Andhra Pradesh approves Scheme of Amalgamation of NCL Industries

NCL Industries Ltd has announced that the Scheme of amalgamation of NCL Energy Ltd with the Company has been approved by Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh vide its order dated March 13, 2007.

On filing of the copy of the said order, the scheme has become effective from the closing of the business hours of March 31, 2007.

The appointed date for the Scheme is April 01, 2005.

M/s. NCL Energy Ltd stands dissolved without winding up.

Shares oc NCL Industries Ltd closed the day down by Rs.1.10 or 2.96% at Rs.36.10 on volume of 49834 shares. The volume was less compared to 2 week average quantity of 63477 shares.
