Mayur Leather Products Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 08, 2007, inter alia, to decide the following:

1. Discuss the recommendation of interim dividend for the financial year 2006-2007.

2. Annual operating plan and budget for the financial year 2007-2008.
