Integra Hindustan Control Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider, the following:
1. To Consider and take on record Audited Financial Results of the Quarter ended on March 31, 2007.
2. To consider and approve Audited Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2007 and the Profit & Loss Account for the Year ended on that date and all annexures thereto.
3. To consider and if thought fit, to recommend Dividend on Equity Shares of the Company.
4. To consider and decide on Closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books.
5. To fix Date, Time and Place of the Twentieth Annual General Meeting and approve the Draft Notice calling Annual General Meeting.
