Indo Rama Synthetics commences production at new PSF plant

The Board of Directors of Indo Rama Synthetics India Ltd at its meeting held on April 02, 2007, has been made the following decisions:

1. Mr. Tsutomu Miyazaki has been co-opted as an additional Director with immediate effect.

2. The Company has commenced commercial production in the new PSF Plant for producing an additional 1,40,000 tonnes per annum of Polyster Staple Fibre (PSF) w.e.f. March 30, 2007.

Shares of the company closed the day at Rs.50.55, down by Re.0.10 or 0.20% on volume of 6311 shares.
