Yash Papers defers dividend to retain funds for expansion project

Yash Papers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2007, has decided to conserve and retain funds for ongoing major expansion project and hence not recommended any dividend this year.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company has allotted 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each against 10,00,000 warrants.

Shares of the company were trading higher by Re.0.01 or 0.11% at Rs.8.83 on volume of 19700 shares.
