Aftek Infosys Board recommends 50% dividend

Aftek Infosys Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 31, 2006, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ Re 1/- per Equity Share of Rs 2/- each for consideration and declaration by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 29, 2006.
