Bank of India raises US$ 85 million

Bank of India has announced that the Bank has raised US $ 85 Mn by way of Innovative Perceptual Debt Instruments (IPDI) with call option after 10 years, to augment the Bank's Tier-I capital.

The instrument will be listed at Singapore Stock Exchange.
