Macmillan India Board recommends 45% second interim dividend

Macmillan India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Second Interim Dividend payment of 45% for the year ended December 31, 2006.
