Sun TV Board to consider stock split

Sun TV Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 05, 2007, to consider and approve the following:

1. Sub-division of shares of the Company.

2. Increasing the authorised share capital of the Company.

3. Increasing the limit to invest funds of the Company.

4. Increasing the limit to borrow funds and mortgage / hypothecate properties / assets of the Company.

5. Change of Object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company.

Shares of the company closed the day down at Rs.1541.80, down by Rs.23.30 or 1.49%. The total traded quantity was 15204 as compared to 2 week average of 18555.
