SB&T International to consider amalgamation of Mimansa Jewellery Pvt Ltd

SB&T International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 04, 2007, to consider the Scheme of Amalgamation between Mimansa Jewellery Pvt Ltd and its Members and the Company and its Members for the Amalgamation of Mimansa Jewellery Pvt Ltd with the Company.
