Aban Offshore completes acquisition of 100% in Sinvest ASA

Aban Offshore Ltd has announced that Aban Singapore Pte Ltd (ASPL) has completed the Compulsory acquisition of the remaining 1.99% shares of Sinvest ASA. ASPL and Aban International Norway AS (AIN) together hold 100% of the Share Capital of Sinvest ASA.

Further the shares of Sinvest ASA are being delisted from OSLO Stock Exchange effective March 30, 2007.
