Polaris Software rated Leader in "Specialty Application Development", declares 25% interim dividend

Polaris Software Lab Ltd has announced that, for the second consecutive year, the Company has also been rated Leader in the category of "Specialty Application Development" among the 2007 Global Services 100, recognized by Global Services magazine, a product of CMP-Cybermedia LLC.

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2007, has declared Second Interim Dividend of 25% (Re 1.25 per share) on the Equity Share Capital of the Company.

Shares of the company are trading at Rs.176.55, down by Rs.3.25 or 1.81%. The total traded quantity was 106868 as compared to the 2 week average of 232808 shares.
