Himalya International showcase its cheese at International Pizza Expo, Las Vegas

Himalya International Ltd has announced that the Company and its US collaborators showcased their Bufala Mozzarella cheese at International Pizza Expo at Las Vegas from March 20th to 22nd. The special cheese is used on Gourmet Naepolitan & original Margherita Pizza and was hot favorite with Upscale Pizzerias at the show. It shall come as frozen medallions and pearls ready to use on the Gourmet Pizza.

The Company has imported finishing equipment from Italy to further process the cheese curds it started last year. The Company has also appointed an experienced, 5th generation Italian Cheese Processor as the Key Man at its cheese plant.
