Valecha Engineering acquires land at Pune

Valecha Engineering Ltd has announced that the Company has acquired 21.15 acres land at Bhawdi, Taluka: Haveli, Dist - Pune for its operation & development.

The Company is looking at providing Real Estate solution which will cater to the countries commercial and residential market. The Company is looking at IT / BPO buildings, malls and other commercial and development. The Company will starts its real estates activities from Maharashtra and plans to gradually shift to other parts of the Country. The above acquisition is a successful step in this direction.

Shares of the company are trading at Rs.210.05, down Rs.3.75 or 1.75% on volume of 4471 shares. The stock had an intraday high of Rs.215.10 and low of Rs.209.
