JSL Stainless allots 364972 Equity Shares upon conversion of FCCBs

On January 13, 2012, JSL Stainless Ltd has allotted 3,64,972 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to "The Royal Bank of Scotland NV London" upon conversion of 0.50% FCCBs amounting to USD 10,00,000.

Consequent upon the above said allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 37,68,21,418/- to Rs. 37,75,51,362/- divided into 18,87,75,681 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The JSL Stainless Ltd. stock was trading at Rs.78.30, up by Rs.2.20 or 2.89%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.80.40 and low of Rs.77.

The total traded quantity was 15560 compared to 2 week average of 9005.
