SRF purchases 2296155 equity shares through Buy back Offer

Enam Securities Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Buyback Offer" ) on behalf of SRF Ltd ("Target Company") has announced regarding buy back offer of the Company. The company has till date purchased 2,296,155 Equity shares (subject to close outs) through BSE and NSE aggregating Rs 695.98 million approx.

The SRF Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.233.55, down by Rs.3.45 or 1.46%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.240 and low of Rs.230.85.

The total traded quantity was 0.13 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.14 lakhs.
