Advanta India redeems Unsecured Redeemable NCDs

Advanta India Ltd has exercised the call option and has redeemed 1250 Unsecured Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures aggregating to Rs. 125 Crores issued on September 25, 2010.

The Company has also exercised the call option and has redeemed 880 Unsecured Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures aggregating to Rs. 88 Crores out of 2500 Unsecured Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures aggregating to Rs. 250 Crores issued on March 13, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.259, down by Rs.6.90 or 2.59%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.276.30 and low of Rs.257.30.

The total traded quantity was 1.11 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.07 lakhs.
