HDFC allots 749180 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has on June 03, 2011 allotted 7,49,180 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by directors and employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 293,60,38,650 consisting of 146,80,19,325 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.659.70, down by Rs.20.30 or 2.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.683.70 and low of Rs.658.15.

The total traded quantity was 2.53 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.25 lakhs.
