Ultratech Cement AGM approves dividend of Rs.1.75 per share

Ultratech Cement Ltd has announced that the members at the 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 28, 2006, inter alia, has approved the declaration of Dividend ® Rs 1.75 per equity share.
