Patel Engineering Board declares interim dividend

Patel Engineering Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 09, 2007, has approved payment of Interim Dividend @ 130% (Re 1.30 paise per share of face value of Re 1/-).
