Ginni Filaments to expand, amalagamate companies with itself

Ginni Filaments Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 05, 2007, has:

1. decided in principle to amalgamate the following Companies with Ginni Filaments Ltd

(a) Ginni Power Ltd
(b) Abhinav Investments Pvt Ltd
(c) Ganesh Synthetics Pvt Ltd
(d) Goodworth Merchants Pvt Ltd.

2. Approved a scheme of expansion / modernisation estimated to cost Rs 31.33 Crores.
