S. Kumars Nationwide subsidiary Reid & Taylor India Ltd files Draft Red Herring Prospectus for IPO

S. Kumars Nationwide Ltd has announced that Reid & Taylor (India) Ltd, a subsidiary Company of S. Kumars Nationwide Ltd, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India ('SEBI') on December 09, 2010 in relation to its initial public offer of equity shares (the 'issue'). The Issue includes an offer for sale portion by S. Kumars Nationwide Ltd.

The stock closed the day at Rs.74.60, up by Rs.6.05 or 8.83%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.77.10 and low of Rs.68.05.

The total traded quantity was 13.57 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 7.25 lakhs.
