Claris Lifesciences IPO scrapes through, garners subscription of 1.50 times

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Claris Lifesciences Limited scraped through with subscription of 1.50 times. The IPO has received total bids for 16168900 equity shares against the offer of 10789474 equity shares.

The issue has received bids for 5101712 equity shares at cut-off price. The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 1.60 times with bids for 6079414 equity shares against the offer of 3789743 equity shares.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received bids for 7524374 equity shares against the offer of 5736484 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 1.31 times.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue has received subscription of 2.03 times with bids for 2565112 equity shares against the offer of 1263247 equity shares.

The IPO closed for subscription by investors today - December 2, 2010.
