Investors make beeline for MOIL IPO, garners 54.61 times susbcription

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of MOIL Limited has received overwhelming response with investors applying in droves fo the issue. The IPO has received subscription of 54.61 times till 5:00 PM today - December 1, 2010.

The issue has received total bids for 1834893844 equity shares against the offer of 33600000 equity shares. The issue received bids for 263477679 equity shares at cut-off price.

The retail investors portion of the issue has received more than 25 times subscription till 5:00 PM. The retail investors and employees are given 5% discount from the final price.

The IPO closes for subscription today for investors other than QIBs. The issue closed for QIBs on November 30, 2010.
