Power Grid Corporation Fixes Issue Price of FPO at Rs.90

Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2010, approved the Issue Price for POWERGRID's FPO at the cap of the Price Band i.e. Rs. 90/- Per Share with a discount 5% to the Retail Investors and Employees.

The stock closed the day at Rs.99.60, down by Rs.1.60 or 1.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.102 and low of Rs.99.

The total traded quantity was 15.58 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 16.84 lakhs.
