The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited FPO has received subscription of 3.85 times.

The FPO of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited has received total subscription of 14.88 times with excellent response from all segments of investors.

The FPO received subscription of 3.85 times in retail portion with bids for 1130756705 equity shares against the offer of 293432526 equity shares.

The issue received bids for 967213260 equity shares at cut-off price. The issue also received bids for 163543445 equity shares through price bids.

The issue closed for subscription by retail investors on November 12, 2010.
