Binani Industries subsidiary Binani Cement Ltd to fix price band for offer for sale

Binani Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Binani Cement Ltd (BCL), a Subsidiary of the Company will be held on February 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the price band for the offer for sale of BCL shares held by JP Morgan Special Situations (Mauritius) Ltd and also to consider and approve the final Red Herring Prospectus of BCL to be filed with ROC etc.
