KIC Metaliks preferential issue to promoters at Rs.55

KIC Metaliks Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 25, 2006 has approved issue of 380000 equity shares of Rs 10/- at a premium of Rs 45/- each and 909000 Optionally fully Convertible warrants of Rs 55/- each convertible into one equity share of Rs 10/- each to Sri R K Kajaria, karta of R K Kajaria & Sons (HUF) Promoter of the Company.

The above item will be taken for members approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 23, 2006.
