The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Orient Green Power Company Limited has received subscription of 0.97 times. The IPO opened for subscription on September 21, 2010 and closes for subscription on September 24, 2010. The IPO closed today (September 23, 2010) for subscription by QIB bidders.
The IPO received total bids for 161640750 equity shares against the offer of 166943986 equity shares. The issue received bids for 1145125 equity shares at cut-off price.
The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the IPO received subscription of 2.09 times with bids for 148501375 equity shares against the offer of 71199306 equity shares.
The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue received bids for 10700375 equity shares against the offer of 28723404 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 0.37 times.
The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue received subscription of 0.04 times with bids for 2439000 equity shares against the offer of 67021276 equity shares.
