EROS International Media IPO subscribed 26.51 times

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of EROS International Media Limited has received excellent response with subscription of 26.51 times. The IPO opened for subscription on September 17, 2010 and closed for subscription on September 21, 2010.

The issue received total bids for 491873440 equity shares against the offer of 18551898 equity shares. The IPO received bids for 70469720 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the IPO received subscription of 25.79 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion received total bids for 249890840 equity shares against the offer of 9691140 equity shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue received bids for 162594160 equity shares against the offer of 2215189 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 73.40 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue received subscription of 11.95 times with bids for 79388440 equity shares against the offer of 6645570 equity shares.
