The Initial Public Offering of Microsec Financial Services Limited has received subscription of 2.45 times. The IPO has received bids for 30604548 equity shares against the offer of 12500000 equity shares.

The issue has received bids for 7911332 equity shares at cut-off price. The IPO opened for subscription on September 17, 2010 and closes for subscription on September 21, 2010.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received bids for 4315948 equity shares against the offer of 6250000 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 0.69 times.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue has received subscription of 9.26 times with bids for 17365400 equity shares against the offer of 1875000 equity shares.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue has received bids for 8923200 equity shares against the offer of 4375000 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 2.04 times.
