Hotel Leelaventure to setup subsidiary, golf courses

Hotel Leelaventure Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 02, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Entering into Management Contracts for managing hotels at Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Colombo (Sri Lanka) and Jaipur.

2. Setting up a Subsidiary Company or overseas direct investment in an Overseas Corporation to further the Company’s business.

3. Developing International Golf Courses, Golf Academy, Driving Range and Club Houses at Goa and to acquire necessary land (about 250 acres) from the Government of Goa for the said purpose.
