GE Shipping delivers "Jag Leena" to buyers

Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd (GE Shipping) has announced that the Company delivered its Aframax crude carrier "Jag Leena", to the buyers. The 1985 built about 95,007 dwt vessel was contracted to be sold in July 2006.

With the delivery of "Jag Leena", the Company’s current fleet stands at 73 vessels - 39 ships aggregating 2.77 Mn dwt with average age of 12.4 years and 34 offshore units. Apart from a new building orderbook of 14 vessels - 5 MR and 4 LR1 Product tankers (aggregating 0.51 Mn dwt) and 5 OSVs (4 AHTSVs and 1 PSV), the Company has also contracted to buy a modern second hand Suezmax crude carrier.
