Indus Fila Ltd IPO to open on Monday

The Initial Public Offering of Indus Fila Ltd opens to public for subscription on Monday (February 12, 2007) and closes on Wednesday (February 14, 2007). The company is coming out with an IPO of 48,43,789 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each for cash at par in a price band of Rs.170/- to Rs.185/- through 100% book building process.
