MindTree Consulting Ltd IPO opens for subscription, receives 0.07 times subscription

The IPO of MindTree Consulting Ltd which opened for subscription on February 09, 2007 has received subscription for 377505 shares of the total issue till 2045 hrs on 09 February 2007. The company's IPO opened for subscription on February 9, 2007.

The company is coming out with an issue of 55,93,300 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each at a price band of Rs.365 to Rs.425 through 100% book building process.

Out of the issue, 2964445 equity shares have been reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), 494075 shares for Non Institutional Investors, 1482220 shares for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs), 372900 for employees of the company and 279660 shares for the Business Associates of the company.
