Deepak Nitrite enters into BTA with M/s Vasant Chemicals

Deepak Nitrite Ltd has announced that subsequent to the approval of the Board of Directors, the company has entered into Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) on August 24, 2006, (effective from August 01, 2006) with M/s Vasant Chemicals Ltd for acquisition of the business of DASDA Division by way of a slump sale on a ‘going concern’ basis.
