Tata Communications to announce FY 10 results May 31, 2010

Tata Communications Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 31, 2010, inter alia, to consider financial results for the for the year ended on March 31, 2010 and to consider recommending dividend for the year 2009-10, if any.

The stock closed the day at Rs.243.90, down by Rs.4.25 or 1.71%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.248.50 and low of Rs.243.

The total traded quantity was 26840 compared to 2 week average of 28372.
