Phoenix International to provide Noida property as security

Phoenix International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 20, 2007, has considered & approved to provide Security & Equitable Mortgage on the Company's property situated at Noida to Syndicate Bank for the financial facilities provided / sanctioned to Focus Energy Ltd.

Further the Company has informed that after the issuance & and dispatch of Notice of Board Meeting dated January 15, 2007, the Company had received the resignation letter from Mr. Ajay Kalsi which was also put up for the consideration of the Board in their meeting held on January 20, 2007. The matter was considered by Board at their meeting and accepted the resignation of Mr. Ajay Kalsi.
