Apollo Hospitals JV company to set up healthcare facility at Mumbai

With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 24, 2007, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd has announced that Shareholders Agreement among the Company, Eleanor Holdings, Mauritius (a Company promoted by One Equity Partners) and Western Hospitals Corporation Pvt Ltd (WHCPL) was signed on January 24, 2007, Dr. Prathap C Reddy, Chairman of Apollo Hospital Group signed the agreement on behalf of the Company. The Joint Venture Company (WHCPL) will set up healthcare facilities at Mumbai.
