Zandu Pharmaceutical Board approves bonus issue

Zandu Pharmaceutical Works Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 23, 2007 has approved the Allotment of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:3 i.e. one new equity share for every three existing equity shares held by the members, considering the record date as January 20, 2007.
