IndiGo expands its Middle East footprint with new Bengaluru-Riyadh direct flights, starting 16 November 2025 
              The Indian markets marched ahead on Tuesday trading with both NSE S&P CNX NIFTY and BSE Sensex hitting new all-time highs. NIFTY closed at 3020.1, up by 19.65 points from its close on Monday. NIFTY touched an intraday high of 3025.1 and low of 2991.25.
Out of 50 stocks in NIFTY, 35 were gainers and 15 were losers. SAIL was the top gainer in NIFTY with the stock closing up by 5.2% at Rs.57.7.
MTNL was the second major gainer with the stock soaring by 5.11% to close at Rs.141. MTNL surged on the announcement by the company that it is going to get more than Rs.1200 crores of claims from Income tax department.
Tata Motors closed the day at Rs.764.65, up by 4.23% in anticipation of good results. M&M, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IPCL and Cipla gained more than 3% during the day´s trading.
Tata Chemicals, Tata Tea, ITC, Dr Reddys Laboratories, ABB, Maruti, SCI and Gujarat Ambuja Cement closed higher by more than 2% during the day.
BSE closed above the 10000 mark for the first time since its formation. BSE Sensex hit 10000 for the first time on Monday (February 6, 2006). But, it closed below 10000 due to profit booking at higher levels.
Bluechip stocks continued their rally in Indian markets with BSE Sensex hitting an intraday high of 10099.58 missing 10100 by a whisker. The Sensex closed the day at 10082.28, up by 101.86 points from its close on Monday.
Tata Motors was the major gainer in Sensex with the stock closing at Rs.762.10, up by 3.74%. HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Cipla, gained more than 3% each.
Maruti, ITC, Dr Reddys Laboratories, Gujarat Ambuja Cement closed higher by more than 2% during the day.
