Gontermann Peipers shareholders & secured creditors approve Scheme of Arrangement

Gontermann Peipers India Ltd has announced that the Equity Shareholders, Preference Shareholders and Secured Creditors of the Company at its court convened meeting held on January 20, 2007, have unanimously approved the Scheme of Arrangement.
