Greaves Cotton Board to consider interim dividend

Greaves Cotton Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held January 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / half year ended December 31, 2006 and also to consider declaration of Second Interim Dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
