Sun TV Board to consider interim dividend

Sun TV Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on January 29, 2007 for taking into consideration the unaudited quarterly results of the Company will also consider the payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
