Asahi India Glass Ltd has announced the following Un-audited results for the quarter ended December 31, 2006:
The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 133.557 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 as compared to Rs 24.842 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2005. Total Revenue (net of excise) has increased from Rs 1216.310 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 to Rs 1882.797 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2006.
The Consolidated results are as follows:
The Group has posted a net profit of Rs 139.242 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 as compared to Rs 28.883 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2005. Total Revenue (net of excise) has increased from Rs 1228.868 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 to Rs 1902.924 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2006.
